"Finds the business problem most engineers miss — and builds the AI system most business leaders cannot."

17 years turning enterprise complexity into measurable results across Fortune 100 accounts. I identify the business problem in the data, design the AI system to move it, and lead the cross-functional team to ship it — in production, against real customers.

Engage

Two ways to put this to work

A full-time leadership hire, or fractional senior firepower through my own practice — same operator, sized to the problem.

AI-enabled leadership hire

  • Director of AI-Enabled Customer Success

  • AI Solutions Architect / Implementation Lead
  • Head of Agentic Operations

A leader who builds and runs production AI — not one who merely mentions it. Bridges the gap most candidates fall into: not theoretical like a consultant, not siloed like an engineer.

Approach

I build the system around the model — not just the prompt

I found a retention problem hiding in the data, then built the system to move it — a production multi-agent GenAI motion people used to make real decisions with customers. The prompt is the small part. The real work is the envelope around the model: the context it can see, the verification that catches it, the loops that let it run, and the memory that lets it improve.

Context engineering

In a working agent, the input is roughly 20% prompt and 80% dynamic context — memory, retrieved docs, tool definitions. The job is wiring the right context to the right runtime, not wordsmithing.

Verification architecture

A separate, context-isolated checker that never sees the reasoning behind an artifact. It's the only reason a system can run unattended — and even then, "done" is a claim, not a proof.

Loop design

Stop hand-prompting. Build a system that finds the work, drafts it, checks it against a verifiable stop condition, and decides the next move. You stay on judgment; the loop absorbs the iterations.

Anti-slop discipline

Fluent-but-generic output is worse than none when it ships to a customer. A phased quality stack — lint, scoring, generator/critic isolation — is the envelope that makes AI text safe to send.

The 5S Use-Case Design Framework — my method
1 Scope 2 Split 3 Shape 4 Ship 5 Sense

A reusable, practitioner-facing method for designing, delegating, and deploying AI use cases — from scoping the outcome to observing it in production.

Enterprise programs

Production AI

Agentic GenAI for customer success

Found a retention problem in the account data, then designed and shipped a production multi-agent generative-AI system into a live go-to-market motion — with human approval gates and verification built in. Led across functions that don't usually build software together and overhauled the process so the output could be trusted in front of customers.

Aviatrix · 2025–present
Hyperscale cloud

Redfin's AWS cloud program

Led core delivery on a large-scale, multi-year AWS-exclusive cloud program at Redfin — ramping a global technical training hub and managing the program budget, while driving seven-figure documented customer savings across the wider portfolio.

Amazon Web Services · 2021–2024
Migration at scale

ViacomCBS → Paramount+ launch

Led the cloud migration to AWS behind the ViacomCBS / Paramount+ streaming launch — one of the firm's largest programs — and authored a Migration Factory playbook that was adopted company-wide.

2nd Watch · 2020–2021
Global infrastructure

P&G global network refresh

Built and ran a global IT infrastructure program for Procter & Gamble: a network refresh across 312 sites in 52 countries with 11 team handoffs — moving a Fortune-50 organization without formal authority.

Quality architecture

Preflight

A three-layer anti-slop quality stack — deterministic lint, authenticity scoring, and generator/critic isolation — earned in phases, each gated by evidence. The envelope that makes AI text safe to send to a real customer.

Shipped plugin

Anti-Slop Linter

A deterministic checker that catches the tells of AI-generated writing — filler, hedging, structural giveaways — and flags them before a draft ships. Builds a hard verification layer around the model instead of hoping for a good generation. Shipped and installable, portable across Claude Code and Cowork.

Agentic OS

Odin

A self-grading agentic operating system: scheduled agents that gather, verify each item against the live source, and surface prioritized work — then grade themselves in a monotonic-improvement tracker and get less wrong over time, without supervision.

In production
Delegation design

Agentic Crew

A design-first portfolio of delegation personas, each with a defined contract — inputs, outputs, and the decisions it can make alone — over a shared memory frame and verification primitive. Map the work before you name the agent.
